o how colleagues were mentored in order to promote learning practice.

Assessment task environment
This assessment task will be completed in a simulated environment prepared by your Assessor.
The simulated environment will provide you with all the required resources (such as the equipment and participants, etc.) to complete the assessment task. The simulated environment is very much like a learning environment where you are able to practice, use and operate appropriate industrial equipment, techniques, practices under realistic workplace conditions.
Requirements for the simulated assessment environment
Your Assessor will ensure that the simulated assessment environment is sufficient to complete this assessment task.
The simulated environment consists of:

You also noticed that a six and half hours training session without any break and with above 550 slides was way too much information that was presented at one occasion.

When an audience is emotionally detached from the material being discussed it is possible that the speaker has either not spent enough time and effort contemplating which key points they want the audience to take away or they have spent far too much time and effort setting up the presentation in Power Point integrating every function and display option the program. Death by Power Point can be avoided if the speaker uses the technology as a visual aid to complement what is being said rather than as the main focus of the presentation.
