Provide a brief summary of the Closing the Gap Policy (CTG). It is important to include an overview of not only the original targets developed by the Council of Australian Governments (COAG) in the Statement of Intent but also the new targets adopted in the COAG Statement of the Closing the Gap Refresh (2018). It is also important to be aware of the identified building blocks that underpin target areas for example housing.
