Work through the following steps to complete this assessment.

Step 1
Develop and write a report of approximately 1000 words that identifies the gaps between where you are as a leader today and where you want to be as a leader in the next two years.

Be sure to draw upon your understanding of theories models and frameworks from Modules 3-5 to inform the evaluation of your leadership and your ambition for leadership development. For example you may decide to highlight some of the theory surrounding Conscious Capitalism along side a model b such as authentic leaderships four criteria and ground your planning in a frame work such as the Social Change Model of Leadership Development.

Step 2
Write a leadership development plan of approximately 2000 words supported with tables and graphics that will guide your efforts to become the leader you aspire to be.

Your plan should include specific examples of reflective learning cycles that you intend to engage: experiencing exploring reflecting and learning. It should also include an action plan that addresses the following:
i. What the driving models/theories/frameworks are that resonate with your leadership ambitions and how they guide your plan.
ii. What you will do and when, and why you think that your proposed course of action is important.
iii. What challenges you anticipate and the resources you will need to address them.
iv. How you’ll evaluate your progress across key milestones of development.
v. How you’ll pivot in response to changes in your context and/or changes in ambition.
