You must conduct one interview with a manager and one interview with an employee within the organisation who was involved in the change. Interviews can be conducted in person via phone email or video call. You will then need to critically analyse the data with reference to the recent academic literature and the theories ideas and concepts covered in the course. Part of this will include discussing what the organisation has done well in accordance to the literature and also what they have not done well.

1.All students will be required to advise whether they are working on their own or in a pair via the following form by 3:00 pm Monday 6 December You must do this even if you are working by yourself.

2.Given the size and weighting of this assessment students can choose the option of working in pairs. Working with a partner may assist in time management and workload allocation and can aid in the development of a host of skills that are increasingly important in the professional workplace. However, you may also choose to work individually if you prefer.
