Task 1 :-
Question one
Your first project management task is to prepare a work breakdown structure (WBS) to plan the required activities and to cost project resources.
The most effective way to establish the WBS is to consult with your stakeholders To do this you must participate in a collaborative activity.
• Your trainer will advise you of the dates and times the sessions will be taking place.
• Participation in an arranged session is compulsory.
• During the session each student needs to contribute to the discussion as a project stake holder and with your trainer identify the tasks to be included in your project work breakdown structure.
• This media clip can help you create a WBS. You will need your Blackboard log in to access this clip.
Use the template below to structure your WBS.
