You are required to write a short report (500 words) on whether all Australians aged two and over consume diets that meet the Australian Guide to Healthy Eating (AGHE) recommendations for the milk yoghurt cheese and/or alternatives group. To do this you will need to refer to the Eat for Health Educator Guide as well as the findings from the National Health Survey 2011 – 2012 and the National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Survey 2018 – 2019 which provide data on Australians consumption of this food group.

Current Australian Data (approx. 250 words): summarise mean number of serves from the Australian Health Survey 2011-2012 and the Australian Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Survey 2012-2013 data regarding the consumption of milk yoghurt cheese and/or alternatives in the table provided in the short report template Then in the text compare differences and similarities in actual consumption to the AGHE recommendations and between the two groups.
